An active plan is cancelled right away when you delete your account, so billing stops with the deletion.
Anonymized payment audit records are kept for up to 7 years, as tax and financial record laws require.
Marketing-consent audit rows are kept to show when and how you opted in or out of marketing email, with the link to your account removed.
